I would really like to hear your tips for when giving birth, or even tips on coping after the birth. If you would like to contribute
to this section, please contact us by clicking here. You don't need
to give your name, just maybe intitals and town/city.
Here's some useful tips already submitted, including my own!
1. Make sure you have enough maternity pads and breast pads or your partner knows where the
nearest 24 hour supermarket is!

2. Make sure you know exactly how the bottle steriliser works and everything is pre-washed.
There's nothing worse than having to do it all just as you have arrived home with your
new baby and end up wasting precious time with the baby or missing out on sleep! (Webmaster)
3. Having some else cook your meals or having a stock-up freezer is very worthwhile for
when you come home. Failing that, have the telephone number of the nearest take-away handy.
